William Huettner, MD, leads the Aurora Aesthetic Surgery team. Dr. Huettner specializes in all areas of plastic surgery, including reconstruction, contouring and post-bariatric body contouring.

Dr. Huettner earned a bachelor’s degree in science from Indiana University and a master’s in biology from Purdue University before receiving his medical degree from Indiana University. He completed his residency in general surgery at William Beaumont Hospital and his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Wayne State University before finishing his fellowship in hand and microsurgery at Christine M. Kleinert Institute in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Huettner is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery.
